Much has happened since the last post and the much anticipated traps have hit several snags. Most of the issues involve the implementation of the newer units with this expansion. We are working diligently to find a way to add these devious devices to the game without breaking the current game mechanics.
So, until we can resolve this little matter, we will start posting messages about the kami (aka. spirits) in the upcoming expansion.
Currently planned are 30 unique spirit types with unique gameplay mechanics. Each spirit that enters will affect the overall play of the game. Some spirits are beneficial to the players, while others will hinder their actions.
Next week we will start with discussion of the kami game mechanics and the introduction of the first spirit: Amaterasu.
